Log Home Builders for Vets is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans who suffer from homelessness by providing them with access to secure, affordable housing. At Log Home Builders for Veterans, we believe that those who risk their lives in the fight for freedom and liberty deserve opportunities to help them take back their lives to experience the freedom that they fought to preserve.
One of the most efficient ways in our eyes to help this issue is to provide these veterans with the benefits provided by log homes. The Department of Veteran Affairs programs while helpful, only reach around 40% of America’s homeless veteran population. The amount of veterans who are not affected by these programs necessitates the need for community as well as nonprofit support.
